The most beautiful beaches
Con Dao beaches
The Con Dao archipelago has some of the most unspoilt beaches in Vietnam. It is quite difficult to get there, its paradise islands offer an experience off the beaten track and away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal seaside resorts. There are only a handful of establishments that welcome visitors for a real 'castaway' experience.
Wild beach
An Bang beach
Located about a twenty minutes’ walk from the centre of Hoi An, An Bang is a very lively beach with many restaurants. Surprisingly calm, it is the perfect place to go swimming after a long day of walking through the streets of Hoi An's old town.

Phu Quoc beaches
Phu Quoc is the most beautiful island in Vietnam. This small piece of land not far from the Cambodian border has a multitude of beautiful beaches where you can rest and relax. Long beach is the most famous beach on the island and its where the trendiest places are. If you are looking for tranquillity, choose Bai Sao or Ong Lan.
Wild beach
Dai Lanh beach
Located a one-hour bus drive north of Nha Trang, Dai Lanh beach is unknown to most tourists. So that is what makes it so attractive. This long strip of golden sand will allow you to enjoy the Vietnamese sun in peace and quiet. A small seaside restaurant offers the opportunity to taste local food, before spending the night in a small hut facing the sea.
Wild beach
Cat Ba Island
Cat Ba island beaches allow travellers to swim in one of the most beautiful bays in the world. What a pleasure to swim between Ha Long’s famous rocky peaks when the weather is clear. The emerald green water contrasts with the golden colour of the warm sand. To enjoy the beach in peace and quiet, you will have to wake up early or to visit it during the off-peak season.

Mui Ne beach and dunes
Mui Ne is one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. How can you not fall under the spell of its high dunes and its windswept palm trees? It is also an ideal place for water sports enthusiasts who come for windsurfing, kitesurfing or jetskiing.

Nha Trang Bay
Vietnam’s most famous beach attracts visitors from all over the world. Although it has experienced a significant tourist surge in the past few years, it remains one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. This gigantic urban beach is more than 7 km long where not only can you practice many water sports but also to learn scuba diving.

Whale Island beach
Not far from Nha Trang, Whale Island has a superb beach with clear water, but also coconut palms and tropical trees. It is an ideal place for relaxation, snorkelling and diving. The only problem is that this magnificent beach is private and that you can only have access to it by staying in the island hotel.

Paul's review
Everyone can find what they are looking for if you search well enough. My favourite Vietnamese beaches are located on the Ha Long Bay side of Cat Ba island. I liked being able to swim in this exceptional setting, even though the water is rather cool in January. In the Hoi An area, I really enjoyed An Bang beach and its festive atmosphere at night. It is the perfect place to have a drink with your feet in the sand. Finally, around Bha Trang, I enjoyed the tiny beach of Dai Lanh, which I discovered during my stay on Whale Island.Beaches map
